No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime by written notice. If the device is non-functional or broken, you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You don't own the device, you just cover a much lower monthly rate compared to a standard purchase - flattening the cost out to make even the latest and greatest tech affordable. If you really wanted to own the device at the end of your term, you can choose to pay your contractual non-return fee to keep the device.
A credit check will be performed as a part of the eligability check in the process of placing your order. This is to check you meet our, and our partners, affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
